Promoted to Lead to assist with the start-up of
Bechtel Construction Services. Assisted with the implementation of
processes and procedures to create an efficient and reliable source of
construction services for AT&T. Managed the build of over 350 1st carrier and 2nd carrier LTE sites while steadily improving the
quality, speed, and methods of up to 40 field personnel. I continue to look
for ways to improve deliverables to internal departments as well as to the
client.

I was part
of a team that had completed over 300 sites for this project ahead of
schedule. I am very familiar with Ericsson UMTS cabinets and their
installation requirements as well as all antenna manufacturers and their
specifications.

My
responsibilities consisted of application for power, scheduling of
contractors, scheduling of pre-cons and inspections with city and county
representatives, liaison with SCE and DWP and their approved contractors to
deliver power and fiber optic cabling on a very aggressive schedule. Manage
all the administrative requirements of, SCE and DWP as well as The Southern
California Joint Pole Authority. I am well versed in GO-95 rules and
procedures. I worked with RF engineers to efficiently choose and design DAS
locations as well as designing the fiber distribution for the entire
network to suit the client’s budget and to optimize coverage on right of
way sites for Metro PCS and Sprint.
